Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

- GCC: 2–4 business days
- International: 3–7 business days

We may offer complimentary shipping on selected orders or promotions.
International Orders
International orders are shipped under DDU terms. Any applicable import duties, VAT, taxes, and customs charges are payable by the customer upon delivery.

Duties & Customs Clearance
International deliveries may be subject to an additional one-business-day clearance period while Aramex coordinates payment of any applicable duties and import taxes directly with the recipient.
